Sales Associate (M/F)

Permanent position based in Zurich, to be filled as soon as possible

Are you a good fit?

You are detail-oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious, reliable and looking for a team adventure. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and engaging while offering an exceptional client experience. Proficiency in German and English is required, and knowledge of a third language will be a valuable asset.

What are we looking for?

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will represent the identity and expertise of Van Cleef & Arpels, welcoming and assisting all visitors and clients in the boutique. As part of the Boutique team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive business – attracting clients, fostering their loyalty, and meeting sales targets;
  • Enhance our clients' knowledge – introducing our universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration;
  • Provide an exceptional experience – personalized client interactions, anticipating their needs;
  • Assist all our visitors – addressing client requests, providing after-sales services and care advice;
  • Promote a positive team environment – actively engaging in daily boutique activities;
  • Ensure operational excellence – mastering in-store tools, following commercial policies and procedures.
