Aufgaben
- Als In-Store Sales Associate (m/w/d) bist du der Local Hero deiner Filiale Kein Kunde geht bei dir leer aus, du findest zu jedem Topf den passenden Deckel;
- Du kümmerst dich um alle Aspekte des Store-Betriebs, inklusive Kassenführung, Abrechnung, Ordnung & Sauberkeit, Öffnungszeiten, Sortimentsplanung etc.;
- Service ist für dich kein Set aus Kaffeetassen: Geschickt koordinierst du alles rund um den Kundenservice. Von Anfragen über Service-Bikes, unsere Kunden sind bei dir in den besten Händen;
- Dein Store ist deine Homebase. Lade unsere Kunden ein, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Kreiere ein perfektes Einkaufsvergnügen, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen;
- Verkaufsprozesse liegen dir im Blut, du begleitest die Kunden von Akquise bis zum Abschluss, erstellst und erfasst Angebote;
- Lass die Kassen klingeln: Du bist für die Umsatz-Zielerreichung in deinem Store verantwortlich.
Qualifikation
- Als In-Store Sales Associate (m/w/d) hast du erste Verkaufserfahrung oder starkes Interesse am Verkauf;
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, auf Bedarf zu arbeiten;
- Du kannst einen PC bedienen, findest den "An" und "Aus" Knopf auf Anhieb. Dokumente und Listen aufsetzen, E-Mails schreiben, die Kasse bedienen. Du bist der Held der modernen Technik und weist diese einzusetzen;
- Du kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch;
- Bei einem 100%-Pensum wirst du gerade erst warm und bist auch samstags einsatzbereit;
- Dein sicheres Auftreten gepaart mit der Leidenschaft für E-Bikes und individuelle Lösungen machen dich zum Liebling unserer Kunden. Dabei bestichst du mit umfangreicher Beratung und Wissen über E-Mobilität, Nachhaltigkeit und Technik;
- Selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten gehört zu dir, wie dein Auge fürs Detail. Du siehst nicht nur einzelne Bäume, sondern den ganzen Wald.
