Dann bist du bei uns an der richtigen Adresse Als Chief of Staff (job sharing möglich) bist du hinter den Kulissen tätig: Du löst Probleme, vermittelst bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten und bereitest Themen vor, bevor du sie an den CEO heranträgst. Des Weiteren bist du Vertrauter und Berater des CEO und übernimmst die folgenden Aufgaben:

- Erarbeiten von Präsentationen mit Analysen und aufschlussreichen Berichten, die der Geschäftsleitung als Entscheidungsgrundlage dienen
- Leiten der CEO-Initiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Market Units
- Unterstützen der internen und externen Kommunikation sowie der Strategie zur Einbindung von Interessengruppen
- Wahrnehmen organisatorischer Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Geschäftsplanung und -gestaltung, der Compliance und dem Verwalten der Bürofläche
- Verantwortung für die Organisation der unternehmensweiten Meetings des Leadership Team sowie für die Governance
- Ermöglichen der unternehmensweiten Förderung, Beraten bei Best Practices
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership Team bei strategischen Initiative

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Hochschulabschluss auf Masterniveau (Uni, ETH, FH) in Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in strategischer Beratung
- Proaktive, engagierte, belastbare und selbständige Persönlichkeit
- Versiert im Präsentieren und in der Lage, komplexe Konzepte visuell zu vermitteln
- Ausgeprägte Projektleitungsfähigkeiten, um firmenweite Initiativen voranzutreiben, die mehrere Arbeitsstränge und Interessengruppen umfassen
- Fähigkeit, facettenreiche Ideen klar und prägnant schriftlich zu vermitteln
- Team-orientiert; flexible Arbeitsweise, um ganz verschiedene Personen, einschliesslich der Geschäftsleitung, zu lenken und zielorientiert mit ihnen zu interagieren
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, vielfältige Aufgaben in einem temporeichen Umfeld richtig zu priorisieren
- Erwiesene Fähigkeit, sowohl intern als auch extern umfassende tragfähige Netzwerke aufzubauen
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, sich ein eigenes Urteil zu bilden
- Ansprechender Schreibstil in deutscher Korrespondenz sowie ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
