Minimum 6 ans

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm, or on a similar position, within a Project Management team
  • A deep understanding of Logistics and/or Commodity sector is a strong asset
  • PMP / PRINCE 2 / Agile certification is a plus
  • You are English and French proficient
  • You are recognized for your outstanding communication skills, your analytical skills and your team spirit
  • You are autonomous, solutionsoriented, able to show initiatives, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Operations Technical and Services (OTS) team in Geneva as an experienced Project Manager.

**What you will do

Activities

  • Your responsibilities will mainly be the following:
Acting as a Project Leader for cross-functional OTS projects with Front Office, Trading Operations, and Support Functions, ie:

  • Lead projects in their entire life cycle, from initiation to delivery, and ensure execution respecting timeframe, scope and objectives.
  • Lead crossfunctional internal stakeholders to provide proper support/expertise to project teams.
  • Collect, analyse, and consolidate business needs, in order to initiate new addedvalued projects to the GM OTS.
  • Liaise with project teams and T&S Ops management to define project scope, objectives, technical feasibility, stakeholders involved and resources required.
  • Break down projects into manageable actions and time frames, ensure resource availability and tasks allocation
  • Monitor progress, provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders about progress, adjustments and strategy.
  • Organize meetings, ensure minutes are recorded and actions are executed. Measure project performance with KPIs.
  • Create and maintain relevant project documentation.
  • If necessary, take part of projects with the role of product owner, contributor, or advisor
  • If relevant, attend meetings with TotalEnergies or external counterparts representing T&S Trading operations
  • Acting as an Expert consultant to enhance the project management and logistics skills
  • As part of the OTS experts team, provide logistics expertise and support to trading Operators, traders etc. when necessary
  • Provide full Ops support to Front office feasibility studies, business assessments and confidential projects.
  • Assist the project teams by interpreting contractual clauses and helping them understanding the relevant GTC's.
  • Mentor and support colleagues to turn their ideas into defined projects with proper timescale and objectives
