Position Summary
As a

Dairy Innovation Assistant Intern, you will support the Dairy Innovation team on presentations, internal communications, administrative tasks and other events.

A Day in the Life of a Dairy Innovation Assistant Intern

  • Lead, coordinate and manage regular internal communication on our success stories & activities.
  • Coordinate internal webinars and manage innovations newsletters.
  • Support internal administative tasks like budget, product shipment, people resources analysis and develop a dashboard to follow them easily.
  • Collect past documents, ideas, consumer insight and ensure regular upload in our internal idea catalogue and insight platform; refresh and update team sharepoint site.
  • Use our new trend platform to do search and generate monthly food&beverage trend reports to support current project or business question.
  • Contribute to team internal events, like workshops, supporting the organization of the event, and sharing consumer insight&trend knowledge in an attractive way.

What will make you successful

  • Fresh graduate or current student in a Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication, or similar field
  • Experience or strong interest in design and internal communication, e.g, website creation, event and multimedia, presentations
  • Experience or interest in administrative tasks e.g. managing data with dashboard creation
  • Proficient with IT tools (Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, PowerBI) and communication tools, e.g. video edition, design presentations
  • Strong team player, wellorganized, excellent communication at all levels of the organization and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge in Innovation is an asset
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
