Das Prinzip «Open Government Data» (OGD) sieht die systematische Veröffentlichung von Behördendaten in maschinenlesbarer Form und unter offenen Nutzungsbedingungen vor, sofern kein überwiegendes legitimes Schutzinteresse besteht. Damit teilt die Verwaltung ihre Daten mit Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft, um Innovation, Partizipation und Transparenz zu fördern. Als «Datenspezialist/in Open Government Data» begleiten Sie die Geschäftsstelle Open Government Data bei der Umsetzung des Prinzips der freien Nutzung von Verwaltungsdaten gemäss Bundesgesetz über den Einsatz elektronischer Mittel zur Erfüllung von Behördenaufgaben (EMBAG).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führung des Controllings zur Umsetzung von Open Government Data (OGD) in der Schweiz. Kontinuierliche Auswertung der Offenheit des aktuellen Datenangebots und Berichterstattung z.H. des Eidgenössisches Departements des Innern (EDI)
- Förderung einer schweizweit koordinierten Datenveröffentlichung: Identifizierung der für Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft prioritären OGD und Unterstützung bei ihrer Veröffentlichung
- Koordination der Weiterentwicklung der Plattform und der Qualitätsstandards, gemeinsam mit verwaltungsinternen und -externen Stakeholdern
- Koordination und Förderung von Projekten zur Publikation oder Nutzung von OGD, gemeinsam mit den Verwaltungseinheiten, Kantonen, Gemeinden und der Open Data Community
- Organisation von Seminaren, Coachings und Ausbildungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Höhere technische Ausbildung (ETH, Universität, FH) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationsmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Flair fürs Analysieren und Kommunizieren sowie für konzeptionelles und strategisches Arbeiten mit Fokus auf Daten, Informationen und Plattformen
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bereich Daten
- und Metadatenbewirtschaftung; Kenntnisse von Python, R, CKAN, SPARQL, API von Vorteil
- Aktive Kenntnisse zweier Amtssprachen und des Englischen
