- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Konzeption, Umsetzung sowie Auswertung erfolgsorientierter Lead Generierungs
- und Branding Kampagnen (online, teilweise offline).
- Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Always On Paid Aktivitäten im Bereich SEA, Display und Social.
- Erarbeitung von nationalen und regionalen Promotionen und Abverkaufsmassnahmen im B2B-Bereich.
- Erarbeitung von Media Landing Pages für die entsprechenden Werbemassnahmen und kontinuierliche CRO.
- Führung, Koordination, Abstimmung von externen Agenturen und Partnern.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufs-Team und Übernahme von Lead-Nurturing Marketing Automation Journeys.
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Studium oder einschlägige Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbaren Bereichen.
- Fundierte Erfahrung in gesamtheitlicher Marketing-Konzeption und Kampagnenumsetzung.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Betreuung von performance-orientierten Online Marketing Kampagnen.
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, gute Französisch-Kenntnisse ein definitives Plus.
- Sehr gute Google Analytics Kenntnisse.
- Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken, analytisch, datengetrieben, Freude an Statistik und Webanalyse.
- Hohes Mass an Belastbarkeit und Selbstständigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative sich fachspezifisches Wissen anzueignen.
