What's the role?:
In this role you will support the Department Head and management team in administrative and secretarial tasks.

You will act as the real champion in organizing administrative tasks and executing all secretarial duties in cooperation with the department heads.
You ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive, productive and professional. As an administrative assistant you establish a seamless and positive experience for the whole team. You will support overarching Business Unit projects, new team member onboarding or roll out of our new Group Strategy.

- Education equivalent to Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) and more than 5 years experience in comparable assistant roles
- Excellent techsavvy knowledge of MS-Office, Businessfluent in English, German language skills a clear benefit
