Your Role with Us:

• Lead and develop our B2B sales support team (approx. 10 employees)
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations (supporting dealers and key accounts)
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring order processing
• Participation in internal optimization projects and process improvements
• Oversight and enhancement of processes in our ERP system OPACC
• Effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints
• Collaboration with product managers and logistics to clarify availability, delivery, and order backlogs
• Interface with the sales team

What You Bring:

• Commercial apprenticeship / sales further education is a plus
• Several years of experience in sales support and leadership
• Good language skills in German and French (both written and spoken), additional languages are a bonus
• Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems
• Aptitude for numbers
• High social competence, proactive mindset, and high level of initiative
• Enjoyment of sales and customer orientation as a natural trait
