Für unser Team "Research & Prevention P&C Privatkunden" suchen wir eine erfahrene, kommunikationsstarke und umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit.
In dieser vielseitigen Rolle als Teil des Führungsteams P&C Privatkundengeschäft übernimmst du die Verantwortung für sämtliche Präventionsthemen im Privatkundengeschäft sowie den Bereich Car Forensic. Darüber hinaus agierst du als Stiftungsratspräsident:in für die Stiftung für Prävention der AXA und setzt dich leidenschaftlich dafür ein, die Sicherheit der Mobilität im urbanen Raum für alle zu gewährleisten.
Dein Beitrag
- Du leitest die Abteilung «Research & Prevention P&C Privatkunden» und führst ein interdisziplinäres Team von Projektmitarbeitenden und Experten im Bereich Car Forensic.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Positionierung der AXA als Mobilitätsexpertin und übernimmst die Planung und Durchführung von Präventionsevents.
- Du stellst den Austausch und die Koordination mit internen sowie externen Anspruchsgruppen sicher und gibst intern und extern professionell Auskunft zu deinen Themen.
- Du leitest als Stiftungsratpräsident:in die «AXA Stiftung für Prävention».
- Du entwickelst Präventionsthemen im Mobilitätsumfeld und erweiterst sie entlang unserer strategischen Prioritäten (wie Haushalts
- oder Reiseversicherung).
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Umsetzung von Präventionsmassnahmen und neuen Services zur Steigerung unserer Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.
Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Du bringst eine akademische Weiterbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungsgeschäft inklusive Projektleitung mit.
- Du bist eine herausragende Kommunikatorin / herausragender Kommunikator und vernetzt dich gerne mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen.
- Du bist eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Moderation, Leitung von Referaten, Workshops, Schulungen und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.
- Du bist begeistert von Prävention und Schadenminderung im Strassenverkehr und bereit das «Gesicht» für Prävention im Privatkundengeschäft zu sein.
- Du koordinierst Aktivitäten mit anspruchsvollen Partnern, vertrittst konstruktiv deine Standpunkte und setzt Ideen lösungsorientiert um.
- Du bringst hohe analytische und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten mit, hast eine vernetzte Denkweise und Fähigkeit, dich schnell in vielfältige Themenbereiche sowie komplexe Problemstellungen einzuarbeiten.
- Du bist stilsicher in der deutschen Sprache und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch. Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.

- und Unternehmenskunden. Dabei bieten wir eine breite Palette an standardisierten und individuellen Versicherungen, Rechtsschutz sowie finanzielle Sicherheit im Bereich Kredit & Kaution an.
