Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Scrum Master Markets.

Tasks

  • Collect risk, regulatory and legal requirements from stakeholders of the holistic advice value chain
  • Establish and maintains a central inventory of all requirements
  • Assess and negotiate the prioritisation of requirements balancing the view of the different functions
  • Organize, lead and participate within working groups, governance bodies and ensure documentation and protocolling of relevant decisions
  • Manage and set clear objectives with an e2e business impact view and escalate nonresolvable matters to the relevant governance bodies
  • Write business concepts and specification documents for the implementation of the regulatory requirements
  • Support solution defining process considering regulatory must requirements and business needs in the context of given frameworks and systems to facilitate best outcomes with available resources

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Project Management Education
  • SAFE Agile certification
  • Some years of Project experience in international business environment
  • At least 5 business implementation project at a private bank or in the Wealth Management sector
  • Indepth business and regulatory expertise in consumer protection (MIFID/FIDLEG) is a must
  • Able to work independently and in a global team setup to take on initiatives with a positive attitude
  • Solution orientated and able to work in an agile setup
  • Able to quickly troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Multitasking capabilities, communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively and transparent within the project team and across all stakeholders on working level
  • Fluent in English, German would be a plus
