Position : Maintenance Technician (Freelance)

Location : Neuchâtel, Switzerland

Duration: 6 months

Aperçu du poste :

Nous recherchons actuellement un Technicien de Maintenance en contrat pour rejoindre notre équipe de production. Le candidat retenu sera chargé d'assurer la maintenance courante d'une gamme d'équipements de production, ainsi que de diagnostiquer et réparer les problèmes rencontrés.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer la maintenance régulière des équipements et systèmes de production, veillant à leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Résoudre les problèmes d'équipement qui surviennent, en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres Techniciens de Maintenance et le personnel de production pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des systèmes et des processus.
  • Maintenir des dossiers précis de toutes les activités de maintenance et de réparation.
  • Respecter tous les protocoles de sécurité et les réglementations en vigueur.
  • Participer à la formation continue pour rester informé des nouvelles tendances et équipements de l'industrie.

Exigences :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience minimum en maintenance dans un environnement de production ou de fabrication, de préférence dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.
  • Bonne connaissance des équipements et des processus de production pharmaceutique.
  • Compétences analytiques et de dépannage.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement d'équipe dynamique et rapide.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en collaboration.
  • Attention particulière aux détails et précision.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et oral).
  • Connaissance du travail en environnement GMP.
  • Compétences en maintenance mécanique et électrique.
  • Expérience avec les bioréacteurs est un plus.
  • Capacité à mener des investigations sur les problèmes de maintenance.

Structure de l'équipe :

  • Vous ferez partie d'une équipe de 14 techniciens, organisée en petites équipes de deux.

Exigence de localisation :

  • Les candidats doivent être basés près de Neuchâtel ou prêts à déménager.
