We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the evolution of some of our products (Proton Mail and Calendar).
What you will do
- Define and execute a strategic vision for the product across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Desktop).
- Define what success looks like in terms of engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Facilitate handinhand collaboration between product, engineering, growth and marketing to align on the vision and the execution.
- Lead the teams through execution. See through the fog of war and know where to go and what needs to be done quickly and decisively. Troubleshoot and solve problems involving multiple teams inside and outside of product.
- Hire, lead, inspire and coach a product organization across all seniority levels. Grow and develop our future product leaders. Be the product leader people look up to.
- Drive product innovation, develop novel, gamechanging product features. Ensure that we are building, shipping and supporting the right products.
- Set high quality standards for code and design.
- Set the pace for the teams, help them to overcome blockers and execute faster.
Job requirements
-
10-15 years of experience with both web and mobile platforms, particularly in the
B2C context
:
- Strategic leader with an analytical and datadriven mindset, with a track record for delivering products and features on time and with commercial success.
- Strong empathy for the customer, usercentric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards.
- A strong innate sense for good UX, with a love for design.
- Experience building and managing highperforming teams.
- A work ethic of going above and beyond to make things happen. Ability to be handson and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Deep technical acumen, able to contribute to technical decisions.
