**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als Kopf des Service Desks lenkst Du nicht nur das Team, sondern förderst auch die persönliche Entwicklung jedes Einzelnen
- Du bist nicht nur Leiter, sondern auch Gestalter, der aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Standards beiträgt
- Du übernimmst eine entscheidende Funktion bei der fortlaufenden Optimierung der Standards
- Mit Deinem Expertenwissen erstellst Du herausragende Support-Dokumentationen und hältst sie stets auf dem neuesten Stand

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung oder Studium (HF/FH/Bachelor) und bringst langjährige Berufserfahrung im Support mit
- Dein Wissen in Microsoft, M365 und Cloud-Technologien und Microsoft-Sicherheitsfunktionen, bereichert das Team massgeblich
- Mit Deinem erfahrenen Führungsstil formst Du eine inspirierende Atmosphäre
- Deine verhandlungssicheren Deutsch
- sowie guten Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
