Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Immobilienbewertungen nach anerkannten Methoden (z.B. DCF)
- Bewertung von Einzelobjekten und Portfolios institutioneller Investoren
- Eigenständige Akquise und fachliche Leitung von Bewertungsmandaten
- Pflege und Betreuung des Kundennetzwerks
- Beratung zu Objektstrategien und wirtschaftliche Analysen von Bauprojekten
Qualifikation
- Absolvent/-in einer Universität oder Fachhochschule im Bereich Architektur, BWL, VWL oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Interesse an Immobilien, Immobilienbewertung und Datenmanagement
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilienbereich
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie ein hohes Mass an Engagement und Eigeninitiative
- Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
- Deine Stärken sind: Organisieren, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
