Job Summary/Purpose:

  • Develop and implement the enterprisewide security architecture framework with associated patterns. Ensure securitybydesign principle is followed in Sandoz projects and programs.
    Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide security architecture framework with associated patterns (on-prem, cloud, infrastructure etc.)
  • Create a strategy to enable technology decisions for the architecture teams to have an efficient and riskbased security architecture implemented
  • Develop and ensure continuous enhancement of the baseline security posture of endpoints across all environments
  • Manage and implement technical security solutions to ensure the security and resilience of endpoints is consistent with related policies, procedures, and agreements
  • Update configurations and solutions based on cybersecurity standards for prevention and detection tools
  • Develop, review, implement and enhance security architecture standards which provide secure design guidance
  • Enforce security practices in the design and implementation of system design and network architecture
  • Identify, document, review and update the security policy and procedures developed for OT/ICS infrastructure
  • Assess the security controls employed for OT/ ICS environments, provide detailed recommendations in line with industry standards

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Master of Science degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or other relevant field
  • Certification or accreditation in Information Security Architecture (CISSP-ISSAP, CRTSA, etc.) a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • At least 15 years of experience in Cyber Security Architecture; experience of running cyber security architecture organisation in regulated environment a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills ability to develop influential relationships with different stakeholders across all levels
  • Knowledge and experience of industry standards such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, Cyber Essentials
  • Change Management Champion with experience in leading teams through largescale IT change / transformation programs
  • Highly experienced people leader with the ability to lead and develop diverse teams across wide geographies
  • An entrepreneurial mindset driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and interest in technical advancements and trends
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and properly delegate work
