Corporate Actions Officer

A day in your future job:
- Management of all types of corporate actions (compulsory and voluntary);
- Entry, control and sending of announcements to our customer (in English, in French, Spanish is a plus);
- Management of deadlines, responses and instructions to custodians;
- Accounting for transactions;
- Management of claims with different brokers;
- Any other duties required consistent with your role.
Your assets to succeed:
- Minimum a diploma of CFC in banking ;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Native French speaker with a good command of English;
- Specific knowledge of corporate actions and general banking operations;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Trustworthy;
- Resistance to stress.
