**Ihr Aufgabengebiet****:

- Proactive and efficient handling of day-to-day business mainly via digital banking channels
- Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions in Avaloq
- Independent support of External Asset Managers in general banking transactions
- Substitution of other team members in all administrative matters (office management, business trips, agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
- Collaboration in projects

**Ihr Profil****:

- Completed banking training with experience as an assistant or client advisor in the intermediary business or in the support of private banking clients
- Specialized further training in banking or business management training is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives as well as regulatory requirements in the intermediary or private banking business
- Excellent customer orientation and willingness to serve in combination with an empathetic and outgoing personality
- High degree of initiative and independence as well as a precise and efficient way of working
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
