Project Assistant POS-Merchandising 60-80%

Aufgaben

für die umfassende Unterstützung der Project Manager auf spannenden Projekten im Bereich POS-Merchandising - darunter ein ganzjähriges Grossprojekt für unseren Key-Account aus der Tabakindustrie - sowie für die gelegentliche Unterstützung der Project Manager im Bereich Live-Marketing und Messen & Events. Damit wir hier gemeinsam Erfolge feiern können, kannst Du in Projekten wichtige Aufgaben oder sogar Teilprojekte übernehmen, die Du mit Deinem Drive aktiv, gewissenhaft sowie mit Biss angehst und damit zu einer hohen Umsetzungsqualität beiträgst. Du hast eine Leidenschaft für POS-Merchandising, Marketing & Marken und bist motiviert, in diesen Bereichen on-the-job laufend Neues dazu zu lernen, wozu Du auch umfassend Gelegenheit erhältst, weil Du früh Verantwortung übernehmen darfst. Du kommunizierst gekonnt mit allen Deinen Ansprechpartnern - und das stilsicher auf Deutsch und Französisch, bestenfalls auch auf Englisch. Deine Offenheit und soziale Affinität machen es Dir leicht, mit unseren wertvollen Merchandisern und Promotoren im Rahmen der Einsatzplanung für Projekte im regen Austausch zu sein und sie auch im Einsatz umfassend zu betreuen. Die «daily to dos» und administrativen Prozesse der Projektarbeit erledigst Du aufgrund Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Deiner Serviceorientierung ebenfalls jederzeit zuverlässig und genau.

Qualifikation

Dass man für die Unterstützung im Projektmanagement ein grosses Organisationstalent ist, strukturiert planen und Aufgaben nach Priorität und Wichtigkeit angehen kann, versteht sich von selbst. Damit Du Dich in diesem Job bei uns darüber hinaus wohl fühlst und Deine volle Leistung abrufen kannst, solltest Du am besten erste relevante Berufserfahrung im B2C-Marketing vorweisen können, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Trade, Shopper oder Channel Marketing und/oder Live-Marketing. Und wenn Du sogar bereits auf Agenturseite in einem ähnlichen Umfeld gearbeitet hast, wäre das besonders begrüssenswert. Die Basis für Dein Wissen hast Du mit einer soliden Ausbildung im Marketing gelegt (Uni, FH, Marketingplaner o.ä.). Fast noch wichtiger als die Theorie, die Du Dir evtl. auch on-the-job angeeignet hast, ist uns die Persönlichkeit. Damit Du zu uns ins Team passt (und wir zu Dir), solltest Du jemand mit überdurchschnittlichem Drive & Engagement sein, der seine Aufgaben weitestgehend selbstverantwortlich aktiv angeht und vorantreibt. Und das sowohl im Team, als auch in der selbständigen Projektarbeit. Jemand, der links und rechts mit anpackt und auf den man sich jederzeit verlassen kann. Zahlen sind Deine Freunde und Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist organisiert und gehst Deine Aufgaben geplant an. Du beherrschst alle gängigen Computerprogramme und den Humor verlierst Du nie, auch wenn viel los ist, vielmehr blühst du dann erst richtig auf.
