Notre vision, c'est une Europe zéro net d'ici à 2050. Pour la réaliser, notre objectif est de développer 1GWp de capacité d'énergie renouvelable. Nous travaillons pour cela à déployer des projets solaires et de stockage d'énergie, sur des actifs immobiliers et directement au sol. Les bornes de recharge en sont un parfait complément.

Nous sommes lancés sur le chemin passionnant d'une forte croissance. Basé à Genève, nous sommes actifs en Suisse et en France et voulons établir Netra comme un acteur phare de la transition énergétique en Europe.

Tasks

La mission proposée

Netra travaille avec une variété de propriétaires fonciers et immobiliers.

En tant que Project Manager photovoltaïque, tu seras rattaché au CEO et joueras un rôle essentiel dans la réussite de l'expansion de Netra, en accélérant le processus de déploiement et en gérant les complexités de la mise à l'échelle des opérations en Suisse.

Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec le développement commercial pour faire en sorte que les centrales soient opérationnelle en quelques mois. Tu seras chargé d'organiser et de livrer les différents jalons du projet, de mobiliser et de coordonner nos partenaires d'installation et, de manière générale, d'assurer l'ensemble de la gestion des projets.

**Ton challenge**: gérer plusieurs projets en même temps, en définissant le périmètre d'action de chaque partenaire, le budget, les ressources, les risques et les principaux livrables. Chaque projet implique plusieurs intervenants à coordonner et à faire avancer dans la même direction, notamment : le client (propriétaire du terrain sur lequel la station doit être installée), les gestionnaires de réseaux électriques, les bureaux d'études, les partenaires installateurs, les collectivités locales, etc.

**Parmi tes activités quotidiennes, tu devras**:
**Diriger la mise en œuvre, le déploiement et la coordination**:

- Diriger la planification, l'exécution et le suivi du déploiement des projets, de la phase de développement jusqu'à la mise en service - en veillant à l'alignement des objectifs de développement et des timelines.
- Te coordonner avec le développement commercial pour assurer une exécution sans heurts et le respect des échéances.
- Elaborer des concepts techniques lors la préparation d'offres indicatives pour des prospects.
- Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et les normes de l'industrie pour maintenir la réputation d'excellence et de fiabilité de Netra.
- Établir et faire respecter les normes de qualité et de sécurité de Netra tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.

**Gestion des relations avec les partenaires**:

- Revoir et valider les concepts techniques proposés par les gestionnaires de réseaux électriques, les bureaux d'études, les partenaires installateurs et de génie civile.
- Mettre en place une communication efficace pour se coordonner avec les parties prenantes, les informées de l'avancement des projets et de tout risque potentiel.

**Requirements**:
Profile recherché
- Une qualifications ou des études dans le domaine de l'électricité, du génie civil ou mécanique.
- 3+ ans d'expérience dans le secteur du solaire, de l'énergie, de l'e-mobility, de l'électricité ou de la construction.
- Tu as un track record de négociations de contrats réussies et de gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et contractant.
- Tu possèdes de solides compétences analytiques pour évaluer les concepts techniques, identifier les domaines d'amélioration et favoriser l'excellence opérationnelle.
- Tu as bon esprit de synthèse ainsi qu'une capacité à présenter tes idées de manière structurée et claire.
- Tu as d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, permettant une collaboration efficace, autant en interne qu'avec les parties prenantes externes.
- Tu es une personne autonome, proactive et organisée.
- Tu as une appétence pour le monde de la transition énergétique et des énergies renouvelables.
- Armé(e) d'un vrai esprit d'équipe, tu es prêt(e) à relever un nouveau défi au sein d'une organisation en croissance, avec un degré élevé de liberté
- La maîtrise de l'Allemand est aussi un plus.
