En tant que Gestionnaire du Changement, votre mission principale sera d'accompagner le changement, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur les aspects liés à la sécurité. Vous serez responsable de faciliter une transition en douceur et efficace, en collaborant étroitement avec les différentes parties prenantes impliquées.

Vos missions
- Mettre en place des stratégies de gestion du changement pour assurer une adoption réussie des nouveaux processus.
- Fournir un soutien actif aux équipes concernées en identifiant les résistances au

changement et en proposant des solutions appropriées.
- Collaborer avec les responsables de projet pour intégrer les aspects de gestion du

changement dans la planification globale.
- Rédiger des communications claires et engageantes en français et en anglais pour informer les parties prenantes des changements à venir.
- Assurer une présence physique sur site pendant 3 jours par semaine, notamment le mardi à Brassus, et passer 2 jours par semaine à Lausanne.

Vos compétences
- Expérience solide dans la gestion du changement, idéalement entre 3 et 7 ans.
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.
- Capacité à comprendre les enjeux de sécurité, compétence optionnelle mais

appréciée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
