The position
Are you an experienced project manager motivated by making a difference and being part of a team of young ambitious talents with diverse backgrounds? Then look no further - we are looking for a Project Manager who can solve complex problems across Novo Nordisk's value chain and ultimately deliver impact to patients.
Furthermore:
- You will be responsible for driving and codriving complex projects across functions in the IO-SO office and potentially across the IO regions, including the daily management of the project team.
- You will act as a sparring partner and a trusted advisor to our project owners on both content and recommendations on how to best navigate the organisation Projects. This can include strategy development and execution, organisational development, process optimisation and executive decision support among others.
- You will be exposed to different organisational areas throughout Novo Nordisk International Operations, which include commercial, clinical, medical and regulatory, P&O and Finance among others.
- You will build a strong international network and further develop your leadership skills, as well as your personal and technical skills, guided by our project tools and methodologies.
- We expect you to take an active role in the establishment of the new unit and continuous development of the department regardless of your role and tenure.
Qualifications
You have a master's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
You have gained several years of experience in a Project Management role within strategy consulting and project management from a well-reputed strategy consultancy and bring the following skills and experience:
- Solid interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and impactful to drive behaviour change (both verbally and in writing)
- Ability to perform data analyses across diverse sets of data
- Experience working with consulting and financial frameworks and approaches
- Proven to be ambitious, challengeseeking and resultoriented
About the department
As a key driver of Novo Nordisk's future growth, International Operations (IO) is the largest operational unit in Novo Nordisk and covers more than 190 countries and 95% of the world's population.
IO Consulting is a newly established, in-house management consultancy reporting directly to IO-SO Executive Office.
We focus on combining best practices from top-tier strategy consultancies with the strengths of being an internal consultancy to drive a broad range of high-profile projects sustainably across the value chain and geographies.
