Für eine führende Luxusmarke suchen wir, nach Vereinbarung, am Standort Zürich City, einen engagierten Retail Floor Manager (m/w).

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Als Floor Manager ist es Ihre Aufgabe, sich aktiv an der Entwicklung des Geschäfts zu beteiligen, den Sinn von Tradition, Qualität und Service respektierend, den Brand zu fördern beabsichtigt.
- Verbindung zwischen Team und Geschäftsführung durch eine starke Präsenz auf der Verkaufsfläche
- Leiten und motivieren des Verkaufsteams im Sinne der Servicequalität des Hauses
- Mitwirken an Schulungen des Teams
- Integration von neuen Mitarbeitern
- Vorbildliche Beteiligung bei der Realisierung von Verkaufszielen
- Kundenempfang und Kundenservice von hoher Qualität, um damit die Kundenbindung zu stärken
- Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams in schwierigen Situationen
- Unterstützung des Direktors bei den Einkäufen der Kollektionen
- Gewährleistung der guten Organisation der Verkaufsfläche und des Lagers

In Abwesenheit des Direktors sind Sie verantwortlich für die Boutique bei Team und Kunden.

**Ihr Profil**
- Führungsqualitäten und eine einschlägige Erfahrung im Führen von Verkaufsteams
- Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Denken
- Verantwortungsgefühl und Autonomie, Dynamik und Begeisterung
- Teamgeist
- Exzellentes Auftreten und Sozialkompetenz
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil (z. B. Französisch)
