Ihre Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Leitung von Qualifizierungsprojekten
  • Entwicklung sowie Erstellung von GMP-konformen Qualifizierungs-/Validierungskonzepten
  • Verantwortung für Terminplan, Kostenschätzung und Qualität
  • Teilnahme an großen Investitionsprojekten mit Führung und Verantwortung des C&Q-Parts
  • Führen von interdisziplinären C&Q-Teams im Rahmen von Projekten
  • Sicherstellung der Projektkommunikation zu allen Stakeholdern
  • Aktiver Aufbau der Region durch Kundenpflege und Gewinnung von Projekten
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder Ingenieur-Studium
  • Min. 10 Jahre Berufs- und Projektierungserfahrung in der Pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Starke Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern und Projektteams
  • Solide Erfahrung in den Bereichen Qualifizierung, Validierung, CAPA, Abweichungen und Change Control
  • Führungsqualitäten und proaktives Engagement an Kunden
  • Selbständiger, strukturierter und qualitätsorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gut in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft in der DACH-Region
Reisetätigkeit

Die Laufzeit unserer Projekte liegt meist zwischen 6 und 24 Monaten. Abhängig von Projekt und Projektphase ist der Einsatzort hauptsächlich der Projektstandort beim Kunden, wobei Mobiles Arbeiten von Zuhause in Absprache mit der Projektleitung teilweise möglich ist. Bei BakerHicks hat man so die Möglichkeit immer wieder bei unterschiedlichen Kunden mit unterschiedlichen Technologien zu arbeiten. Man lernt neue Städte kennen und ist dennoch am Wochenende immer zuhause.
