Your Missions

Quality System ManagementCoordinate quality management system updateProvide operational support to all internal departments in order to guarantee the proper implementation and compliance of processes with regard to ISO quality requirementsCoordinate periodic quality reviews to ensure: correct application of the QSM, indicators review and analysis, implementing and monitoring continuous improvement actionsOrganize internal quality audits and trainingOrganize and coordinate external audits for quality certification and renewalEnsure the correct implementation of auditors recommendationsSupport quality certification efforts at Group levelOperational Quality ManagementWork closely with R&D Validation team on the inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverablesWork closely with Operations team to identify and manage operational quality issues related to Production, Repair, Industrialization, Procurement,…Work closely with Technical Support team to ensure periodic analysis and report based on tickets database and RMA (issues typology, quantity,…)Non-conformity management:

- Identification and documentation

- Root cause analysis

- Implementation of immediate action or actions plan

- Documentation, monitoring and follow-up

Requirements

Engineering or Master’s degreeProfessional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE (certified quality engineer), or CQA (certified quality auditor)5 years’ experience in similar role, in an industrial fieldStrong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and experience with methodologies such as PDCA and 8D.Deep knowledge of quality assurance certification process, regulation, methods, and toolsProficiency in quality tools, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent coordination, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments to develop a culture of continuous improvement and drive impactful changeFluent in French and English
