Description Du Poste

Au sein de l'équipe Controlling de la Banque, vous serez en charge des principales activités de réconciliation.

Vos responsabilités

  • Intégré(e) au service Réconciliation, participer à la réconciliation quotidienne des mouvements cash auprès de nos différents dépositaires/correspondants
  • Réconciliation des avoirs digitaux
  • Recherche de différences entre nos positions titres et celles de nos dépositaires
  • Assurer le suivi et relances des investigations liées à l’activité
  • Participer aux projets de mise en place de nouveaux outils et processus
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de l’activité en proposant régulièrement des améliorations

Le service Réconciliation titres et cash est un des acteurs de la maîtrise du risque opérationnel et travaille avec toutes les autres équipes du Back Office et Middle Office

Qualifications

  • Au bénéfice d'un CFC bancaire/commerce ou d’un diplôme HES, avec au minimum 3 ans d’expérience complémentaire dans une banque suisse dans un service tel que réconciliation bancaire, backoffice ou middle office
  • A l’aise avec les chiffres, vous êtes doté d’un fort esprit analytique et comptable
  • Rigueur, précision et sens des priorités
  • Orientation qualité et amélioration continue
  • Résistance au stress
  • Bonnes connaissances et intérêt/curiosité pour les activités bancaires
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances d’Excel
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et vous avez de bonnes connaissances d’anglais
  • Organisé(e), vous savez travailler rapidement et de manière autonome
  • Ouvert(e) et de bon contact, vous appréciez travailler au sein d’une équipe
