Basé à Nyon (Suisse) au sein de notre équipe SAV et sous la responsabilité du Directeur SAV, nous recherchons un(e) :
Customer After-sales service Manager (H/F)
Les missions qui vous seront confiées sont les suivantes :
Gestion et management des équipes administratives de stock et de réparation du SAV :
- Gérer les planning et organisation des ressources.
- Animer les séances mensuelles des équipes.
- Développer la communication client et la relation clientèle (CRM).
- Suivre et analyser les KPI’s de l’activité.
Gestion des plannings et contenu de formation du réseau :
- Gérer les plannings de formations techniques et administratives (Filiales, Agents, Boutiques).
- Adapter les supports de formation aux Boutiques.
- Développer les supports de formation nouveautés.
Contribution active aux projets de digitalisation du SAV :
- Mettre en place les projets transversaux Omnichannel.
- Contribuer au développement d’un flux digitalisé de réparation B to C.
ProfileNous recherchons une personne possédant un diplôme d'études supérieures, complété par au moins cinq années d'expérience probante dans la gestion et le leadership d'équipes. Une expertise avérée dans l'industrie horlogère ou une passion affirmée pour ce secteur sont essentielles.
La maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste, et la connaissance d'autres langues constituerait un avantage. Le(a) candidat(e) doit également disposer de bonnes connaissances en matière de logistique export.
Une expérience pertinente avec les initiatives numériques est un avantage, y compris la gestion de la relation client (CRM), ainsi que les stratégies Omnicanal. Nous valorisons particulièrement les individus capables de faire preuve d'une grande adaptabilité et agilité, qui savent gérer le stress efficacement.
Un esprit analytique aiguisé et une approche méthodique du travail sont indispensables. Une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel, ainsi qu'une expérience avec un système ERP et un outil CRM sont attendues.
Enfin, nous attendons de notre futur(e) collaborateur(trice) qu’il(elle) soit orienté(e) vers le service client (Customer Care), doté(e) de solides compétences en communication et faisant preuve d'une grande diplomatie.
