Für das Verwaltungsteam der Trägerschaft der kidéal Kitas (19 Betriebe) in Urdorf su-
chen wir für den Bereich Corporate Communication & Marketing per 1. Juli 2024
oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen Assistent/-in 60 - 80% .
Neben vielen weiteren spannenden Aufgaben im Bereich Kommunikation und Marke-
ting übernehmen Sie in dieser Funktion die Verantwortung für die laufende Pflege der
Websites aller Gesellschaften. Ebenso planen und koordinieren Sie selbständig die
Social Media Beiträge an die Agentur. Sie sind direkt der Leitung Corporate Communi-
cation & Marketing unterstellt.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Mitarbeit an verschiedenen externen und internen Projekten
  • Verantwortung für die Pflege der Websites (Chinderstern, Tagesstern, ylaa, kidéal)
  • Einfordern, Kontrolle und Weiterleitung von Social Media Beiträgen an die Agentur
  • Erheben und Analysieren von Daten
  • Verfassen von Texten
  • Korrekturlesen und Formatieren diverser Dokumente gemäss CI
  • Erstellen von Vorlagen und Serienbriefen auf Word
  • Allgemeine Sachbearbeitungs- und Assistenzaufgaben

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache Deutsch)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Motivierte, flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit
