MISSION  

 

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and elevate our Maison to new heights. As a key member of our Executive Committee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global marketing strategy and driving the growth of our Maison in the highly competitive luxury watchmaking industry. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a diverse range of marketing functions. 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

**Strategic Leadership**  

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's legacy and future ambitions. Ensure our Maison remains at the forefront of the luxury watchmaking industry. 

- Be the ambassador of the marketing strategy when presenting new collections and sharing Maison’s priorities at Group level. 

  

**Brand Communication**  

- Oversee the communication plan across all channels, both online and offline to build awareness and drive the desirability of the Maison. 

- Uphold and enhance the brand's image, ensuring all communications reflect our values of exclusivity, sophistication, and innovation. 

- Provide quantitative & qualitative insights on local communication plan to the Markets and propose to adapt the Maison programs, based on local business knowledge. 

 

**Digital and Social Media**  

- Lead the digital strategy of the Maison, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and platforms to engage with a global audience while maintaining the brand's prestigious aura. 

 

**Events and Brand Activation**  

- Create and manage world-class events that reinforce our brand's elite status, from intimate VIP gatherings to large-scale global launches and fairs. 

 

**Partnerships and Influence** 

- Nurture the relationship with the existing Maison’s partners, build a network of influence and identify potential collaborations in line with Maison’s DNA. 

 

**Team Leadership**  

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, diverse team of marketing professionals.

- Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and innovation. 

 

**Executive Collaboration**  

- Work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and the overall business strategy.

- Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and brand prestige. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

- Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within the luxury industry, preferably in watchmaking or high-end products. 

- Deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset and the ability to craft tailored marketing strategies that resonate with an elite global audience. 

- Strong background in brand communication, digital marketing, and social media within the luxury sector. 

- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams. 

- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen. 

- Deliver a strategic approach up to the different clients’ touchpoints. 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

- Fluent in English and French.
