Tasks
Together with the CTO, implement our IT strategies to ensure an efficient IT Infrastructure, including servers, networks, high availability, and disaster recovery.Lead & develop the IT Support Team.Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-based applications and services.Together with the IT Security Manager, help implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management. Collaborate closely with our internal teams and stakeholders.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure that service level agreements are met.Ensure that all IT systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO 13485, and GDPR. Maintain documentation and support audits as needed.Your profileBachelorâs degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree as well as Information security management certification is a plus.At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Management.Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture, deployment, and management.Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.Knowledge in cybersecurity best practices and tools.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards for the medical device industry is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German (C1).We are looking for passionate people who can easily identify with our company, who bring drive, expertise, and good vibes to our enterprise.
