Job Overview:

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Technology for International Markets to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of all digital products across our international markets. This role will be crucial in driving our digital transformation and ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of cutting-edge technologies that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:
 - Develop and execute the technology strategy for international markets, aligned with RBIâs global digital vision and business objectives.
 - Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and innovation.
- Product Development:
 - Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, from ideation and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
 - Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions that meet the needs of our international customers and markets.
- Team Management:
 - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of technology professionals, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers.
 - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the technology team.
- Project Management:
 - Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
 - Utilize agile methodologies to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
 - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of digital products with overall business strategies.
 - Engage with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to stay abreast of industry trends and leverage best practices.
- Performance Monitoring:
 - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital products and initiatives.
 - Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
-Compliance and Security:
 - Ensure all digital products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
 - Maintain a strong focus on data security, privacy, and risk management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Extensive experience in managing digital product development and rollout in international markets.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams across multiple geographic locations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
