For 1 year contract on a full time basis (5 days a week), we are hiring a Medical Officer for one of our clients in Geneva.

The Medical Officer will oversee occupational health standards, sick leave management, and wellness initiatives. They will manage day-to-day operations of Occupational Health Services, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

YOUR MISSION

  • Clinical duties, including managing relationships with the Duty Travel Clinic and overseeing occupational health tasks.
  • Advising Senior Management on health matters and managing day-to-day operations of occupational health and sick leave.
  • Medico-administrative duties, such as liaising with medical providers and managing health-related communications.
  • Reviewing and updating regulations, policies, and information notes on health-related matters.
  • Participating in wellness initiatives and providing support as needed.
  • Preparing reports on staff health matters and occupational health services.
  • Meeting response times for medical document requests and providing timely reports.
  • Managing special needs categorizations and scheduling appointments promptly.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Doctorate (MD) or equivalent in medicine, with relevant clinical experience.
    • Minimum ten years of clinical experience, ideally in internal medicine, including managing occupational health and sick leave.
    • Experience in assessing children with special needs and ergonomic training is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in English, with French knowledge preferred.
