Internship – Global CMC Development, Digital & Innovation
Location: Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland
Start date: Flexible
Duration: about 6 months
Your role:
As a member of the Global CMC Development Digital & Innovation team, you will work with a group of motivated project managers who are committed to driving the innovation and digitalization strategy of the CMC Development Organization.
You will support some of our focused programs aiming to bring technology and digital solutions to improve our drug development and manufacturing operations (e.g., costs, timelines, efforts). Examples of our topics of interest include Process Analytical Technologies (PAT), sustainability and data & analytics.
Your tasks may include:
Conducting technology and market landscape analysis to uncover current trends and identify potential partners;
Reaching out to potential external development partners to establish initial contact and follow up to keep interest up or close;
Supporting program/project management and reporting of progress;
Supporting the internal organizational operations tools (e.g. Innovation Sharepoint, dashboard, prioritization matrix, review board meetings, ...), as well as communication activities.
Your profile:
Student in engineering/biotechnology or other related fields
Interest in working around technical process and technology projects
A curious and creative thinker, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
Ability to conceptualize, solve complex challenges, and communicate about your project
Highly motivated, autonomous with great team spirit
Good written and oral knowledge in English, French or Italian is a plus
