This important position you will be a key pillar to support the Executive in their role and driving the Maison’s culture. Positive, dedicated and efficient you feel at ease navigating in a fast-paced, creative and inspirational environment.

 

How will you make the difference? 

 

  • Managing a broad variety of administrative tasks such as complex executive agendas & schedules, travels, expense reports, purchase orders
  • Extensive calendar management for executives and other team members (virtual and on-site meetings globally)
  • Handling conflicting issues & always keeping the overview of the agendas
  • Create & edit documents such as internal & external communications, meeting minutes, Powerpoint presentations or Excel reports consolidations
  • Managing the budget approvals in partnership with executive committee
  • Organize demanding business trips end-to-end including travel booking and expenses
  • Organize customer visits, internal meetings, and onboarding programs
  • Cover for other Executive Assistants as/when required
  • Plan team events and offsites to build company culture

 

About You

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the top Management
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Excellent knowledge and experience using SAP, CONCUR, Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook calendar Management, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate across all levels within the business as well as with external partners, across different countries
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously on short notice
  • Positive attitude coupled with a can-do mindset, exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information and data
  • Open, highly collaborative, flexible, proactive, and positive personality
