Team Leader Process Engineering

Einer der entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktoren im heutigen industriellem Geschäftsumfeld, sind hochgradig beherrschte, Störungs – und verschwendungsarme Produktions – und Montageprozesse.

Der Bereich Process Engineering unterstützt die laufenden Prozesse bei diesen Bemühungen / Anforderungen und kümmert sich mit anderen VAT-Bereiche, um ein optimales funktionieren der laufenden Leistungsprozesse. Die Erhöhung der Prozessstabilität bezüglich gleichmässigen Ergebnissen um die Zielgössen, hat in diesem Zusammenhang höchste Priorität.

 

Dein neues Aufgabengebiet

 

  • Personelle und fachliche Führung des Bereiches CAPEX Projekte in der Abteilung Site Support
  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung auf der Basis des VAT – Talent Programms
  • Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Einführung, Ausbildung und Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter
  • Planung und Organisation des Projektteams
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den VAT - Process Ownern und den Fachbereichen, zur Implementierung von CAPEX Projekten
  • Umsetzung der vereinbarten Projektzielen (Zeit, Kosten und Einsparungen)
  • Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagement Struktur

 

 

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente

  • Sie verfügen über eine technische Grundausbildung und ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Maschinenbau- oder Verfahrensingenieur/Techniker oder verwandte Bereiche
  • Sie haben ausgewiesene Erfahrungen als Projektleiter (Projektmanagement) in der Industrie
  • Sie verfügen über ausgewiesene Erfahrungen als Teamleiter
  • Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Industrieumfeld mit CAPEX-Projekten
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Organisations, -Methoden- und Sozialkompetenz
