The Quality Associate support the Manager QM/RA in daily acitivities related to Quality Management and coordination activities
Functional tasks:
- Support incoming good inspection and testing of product to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables as needed
- Assist Quality Manager in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as goals/KPIs
- Analyze and investigate QMS Deficiencies or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Maintain updated technical documentation (e.g. updating documentation)
- Maintain a compliant and up-to-date Quality Management System (e.g. IQSoft, etc.), internal databases and contracts/quality agreements
- Coordinate change management boards and weekly meetings as required · Maintain and purchase standards
- Assist the Quality manager updating company procedures and any other required document
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
- Support Marketing in developing and drafting material such as collaterals, product catalogues etc
- Support Remediation activities, perform gap analysis, investigations under the supervision of the Quality Manager
- Provide support during third-party audits
- Coordinate Change Requests and Document Control Activities
- First experience in Quality Management for medical devices organisation
- Good understanding of Quality tools and concepts
- Knowledge of IQSoft and MS Office
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good Conflict Resolution Skills
- Excellent Team Player
- English and German knowledge - Business Fluent
