The Quality Associate support the Manager QM/RA in daily acitivities related to Quality Management and coordination activities

Functional tasks:

  • Support incoming good inspection and testing of product to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables as needed
  • Assist Quality Manager in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as goals/KPIs
  • Analyze and investigate QMS Deficiencies or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Maintain updated technical documentation (e.g. updating documentation)
  • Maintain a compliant and up-to-date Quality Management System (e.g. IQSoft, etc.), internal databases and contracts/quality agreements
  • Coordinate change management boards and weekly meetings as required · Maintain and purchase standards
  • Assist the Quality manager updating company procedures and any other required document
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
  • Support Marketing in developing and drafting material such as collaterals, product catalogues etc
  • Support Remediation activities, perform gap analysis, investigations under the supervision of the Quality Manager
  • Provide support during third-party audits
  • Coordinate Change Requests and Document Control Activities
  • First experience in Quality Management for medical devices organisation
  • Good understanding of Quality tools and concepts
  • Knowledge of IQSoft and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Good Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Excellent Team Player
  • English and German knowledge - Business Fluent
