Internship Outline:

CMO Inventory Reconciliation is a key function, responsible for working closely with the Global Supply Chain team, the Operating Units and the GMS finance team, to provide inventory reconciliation, provision and compliance to SOX controls in support of the organization, ensuring optimal planning.

The Inventory Analysis Intern will partner with team members across Global Supply Chain and other functions. The main purpose of this position is to help establish and/or streamline processes that support best practices around global inventory management which include reconciliation to 3rd party systems, identifying potential inventory issues and scrap and disposal process compliance. 

The role will also include support for SAP transactional and external electronic interfaces to fix immediate issues but also root cause problems, proposing and implementing solutions to eliminate problems going forward. The role will also contribute to process improvement and automation.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Active enrollment at a university or a university of applied sciences or a recent graduate (in the last 12 months)

  • Must be authorized to work in Zurich without additional immigration sponsorship, housing allowance or relocation requirements

  • Full time, hybrid working environment (at least 8 days in 4 weeks at the office)

  • We would like you to stay on the team until March/April 2025

  • English fluency required

  • Supply Chain experience or education is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel

  • SAP knowledge is preferred

  • Qliksense Knowledge is preferred

  • Experience with process improvement and automation is preferred
