Si la réception occupe la majeure partie de votre temps, vous êtes appelé à suivre le client tout au long de son séjour. Envisager votre poste sous l'angle d'un Guest Satisfaction Agent. Vos tâches principales seront :

  • Prise de réservation
  • Correspondance email
  • Contrôle des réservations et sécurisation du chiffre dâaffaires
  • Accueil de la clientèle individuelle et de groupe
  • Gestion des arrivées et des départs
  • Information à la clientèle sur les services de lâhôtel et lâenvironnement proche
  • Promotion des activités touristiques, de loisir et/ ou culturelles locales
  • Vente de produits additionnels
  • Encaissement et contrôle de la facturation client
  • Contrôle des paiements différés
  • Edition des indicateurs clé de performance

    Votre polyvalence vous amènera ponctuellement à participer :

    • Service du buffet petit déjeuner
    • Contrôle de chambre et répartition du travail des femmes de chambres

      Vos compétences:

      • Doté d'unbon relationnel, votre communication avec les clients et les équipes est impeccable.
      • Vous maîtriser le français et l'anglais. L'allemand est un atout de taille.
      • Vous êtes passioné par l'hôtellerie et cherchez l'amélioration constante.
      • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience minimum d'un an en réception.
      • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme suisse ou européen dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie.

        Rémunération évolutive en fonction de l'expérience.
