We are the first Hyatt Regency & Hyatt Place of Switzerland in The Circle at Zürich Airport. The hotels have together 555 rooms and suits and the Circle Convention Center is directly connected to the Hyatt Regency. It includes over 2800 square feet of flexible meeting and event space that can welcome up to 1500 guests. The Hyatt Regency Convention Center is well-know for major events and adds a unique aspect to the Swiss and European markets. 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Hyatt team.

Tasks:

  • -          Identify new market potentials both MICE and transient.
  • -          Maximize revenue and exposure in respective markets.
  • -          Analyze the corporate segment performance on objectives and strategies and monitor that they are in line.
  • -          Establish new corporate accounts and act as trusted advisors to your clients.
  • -          Attend specific industry events in- and outbound.
  • -          Support the training and development of the Sales Executive And coordinators.
  • -          You coordinate and assist in Budget preparation and internal audits in Hyatt.
  • -          Ideally you have a strong market knowledge within the MICE industry.

 

Requirements:

  • -          You have previous experience in a managerial role in Proactive sales management.
  • -          You are fluent in both English and German – any other language, preferably French, is a plus.
  • -          You have excellent communication skills within your colleagues and your clients
  • -          You have strong administration skills.
