To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strenghten our Custom Synthesis Sales Team we are looking for a Sales Manager 100% (f/m/d) which is responsible for Bachem?s high quality custom peptides.

Are you keen to support our customers using your scientific background in biology and chemistry? You want to be the interface between our customers, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, project management, and marketing?

Your Tasks:

Effectively translate the needs of our customers into defined deliverablesActively grow, manage, and document your Sales PipelineBuild strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsManage key accounts in the area of in-vitro diagnostic peptidesIdentify market trends, gather and share relevant informationOrganize visits to or from customersAttend/support customer auditsAddress technical inquiries in collaboration with our experts in St.Helens, UKAct as an expert within Bachem for the commercial aspects of our custom synthesis productionDay to day interaction with customers around the world

Your Profile:

Master or PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Pharma or Life SciencesSales experience in Chemistry / Life Sciences is an advantage.Experience with the manufacturing of peptides is an advantage.Positive and proactive attitude towards internal and external stakeholdersEffectively organize, multitask, and prioritize according to Bachem's commercial strategyExcellent communication skills in EnglishGerman and other languages a plusGood knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is an advantageAbility to travel up to 10% and flexibility to work with US time zone as required
