  • Coordinate product business analysis for the Product Marketing Department?
  • Ensure constructive and effective inter-departmental collaboration?

 

 

If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as a Product Marketing Specialist. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will coordinate Product Business analysis and manage transversal projects for the Product Marketing department.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

 Manage Data analysis for the Product Marketing department (40%)

  • Responsible for the Product Marketing data base management
  • Edit analysis for strategic Product Marketing decision during committees (Richemont SPCC, CSP…)
  • Contribute to long-term Product planning through relevant analyses and insights generation
  • Lead the novelty end-to-end management process (novelty performance assessment in partnership with product managers)  
  • Be the key point of contact to supply chain and commercial teams for S&OP and monthly business reviews (incl. product performance challenge and being the guardian of the long-term product marketing vision in this collaborative process)

 

Support product development offer in collaboration with Head of Product Marketing and Product Marketing Director (30%)

  • Realize product offer presentation (Mkt brief, Richemont SPCC, CSP, SIHH, World Meeting…)
  • Coordinate update for Marketing Product documents (Product News, Launch Calendar, Masterline)
  • Guarantee update of Strategic Product Room content (ID Card, Collection poster, Data, Competitor mapping)

 

Responsible for Competitor Intelligence inside Marketing Product department (30%)

  • Create Competitor mapping for new products & update for mature products
  • Follow Competitor price increase and impact on VAC product offer
  • Realize Competitor thematic analysis to keep competitiveness for VAC product offer

 

This position requires collaboration with many departments among which International Department, Marketing & Communication, Purchasing, Supply, Finance, Development, Creation and also suppliers.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Masters in International Marketing and Sales (for exemple « Ecole Supérieure de Commerce » or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience in Marketing and/or Business development  
  • Operational skills: Marketing, Finance and Sales
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail , Excel & Power point have no secret for you
  • Great knowledge and interest in Luxury and Watchmaking industries
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
