Mit Cargo sous terrain (CST) erhält die Schweiz ab 2031 ein nachhaltiges End-to-End-Logistiksystem, welches privat
finanziert ist. Es dient der pünktlichen Lieferung und Entsorgung von Paletten, Behältern und Paketen. Das
emissionsfrei betriebene Netzwerk mit Tunneln und City-Logistik erhöht die Lebensqualität der Bevölkerung und
stärkt die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Wirtschaft. Die CST AG ist im Jahr 2017 aus einem seit 2010 bestehenden
Projekt hervorgegangen. Zahlreiche Schweizer Firmen der Branchen Transport und Logistik, Detailhandel, Telekom,
Finanzen und Energie sind als Investoren, Aktionäre und Projektpartner an der Umsetzung beteiligt.

Die CST AG mit Sitz in Basel und operativen Büros in Olten besteht aktuell aus 30 Mitarbeitenden. Geplant ist bis
Ende 2025 eine Verdoppelung. Erste operative Anwendungen der Surfacelogistik und der IT-Plattform wurden
bereits 2021 gestartet und bis heute weiterentwickelt. Der Bundesrat hat am 1. August 2022 das Bundesgesetz
über den unterirdischen Gütertransport (UGüTG) in Kraft gesetzt. Damit ist der Weg frei zur Umsetzung des
Vorhabens. Im Laufe des Jahres 2024 beginnen die Bewilligungsverfahren auf den Stufen Bund (Sachplan) und
Kantone (Richtplanung).

Product Manager Future Logistics (m/w/d) 80-100%

Deine Herausforderungen

Gemeinsam mit dem Kunden entwickelst Du im CST-Product Lab basierend auf dem geplanten, grossteils
unterirdischem Gesamtlogistiksystem Logistikprodukte für die Logistik von Morgen mit dem Ziel die Kunden von
dem Konzept und den Mehrwerten des CST-Systems zu überzeugen. Neben der eigentlichen kollaborativen
Produktentwicklung verantwortest du verschiedene weitere Projekte um das Standardprodukt der CST-
Gesamtlösung zu schärfen. Dies bedeutet im Detail:

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Entwicklung komplexer Logistikprodukte mit potentiellen Kunden, um Inputs für das System Design zu
    generieren und die Nachfrage nach Logistikprodukten im CST-System zu sichern
  • Du entwickelst zusammen mit unseren Kunden und abgestimmt auf die geplante Infrastruktur die
    oberirdischen Produktkomponenten für das Gesamtsystem auf der Strasse und Schiene.
  • Du entwickelst in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Ansprechpartnern das Pricing-System für CST weiter

Unterstützungsbereiche

  • Basierend auf deinen Erkenntnissen von Marktteilnehmern gibst du Inputs an das System Design Team zur
    Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Lösung weiter
  • Du arbeitest tatkräftig am Aufbau der CST-Market Intelligence mit und stellst damit sicher, dass das gesamte
    CST-Team über fundierte Kenntnisse über die Bedürfnisse des Markts verfügt.
  • Du unterstützt den Immobilienbereich bei der Entwicklung der Hubs und stellst somit sicher, dass diese auf
    die Marktanforderungen des Kerngeschäfts abgestimmt sind
  • Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Markstrategie durch deine Inputs aus den Learnings
    des Product Managements

Unsere Erwartungen

  • Aus- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und Supply Chain Management und/oder
    Umsetzungserfahrung von neuen Logistik-Lösungen
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement idealerweise in der Logistikindustrie
  • Kreative und vernetzte Denkweise, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Belastbar und in der Lage mit unterschiedlichen, konkurrierenden Anforderungen und einem komplexen
    Stakeholder Umfeld umzugehen
  • Starke:r Teamplayer:in mit kollaborativem Arbeitsansatz und guter Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PPT etc.)
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, ideal ergänzt mit gutem Englisch und Französisch

Das Rückgrat des Systems bildet ein im Endausbau 490 Kilometer langes Tunnelnetz von Genf bis St. Gallen und
von Basel nach Luzern mit einem zusätzlichen Ast, der Bern mit Thun verbindet. Das CST Surfacelogistik-System
übernimmt am Stadtrand und in Logistikzentren nahtlos die im Tunnel gebündelten und sortierten Warenströme
und nutzt Synergien in der oberirdischen Ver- und Entsorgung. Es entlastet die Städte um bis zu 30 Prozent des
Lieferverkehrs und 50 Prozent der Lärmemissionen und wird ausschliesslich mit erneuerbarer Energie betrieben.
