Poste

En tant quâingénieur système senior, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la gestion et lâamélioration de nos systèmes et infrastructures basés sur Microsoft et Citrix.
Votre expertise sera essentielle pour assurer la haute disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité de nos services informatiques.

Principales responsabilités

Conception, mise en oeuvre et gestion des technologies liées à Microsoft, y compris, mais sans sây limiter, Active Directory, DNS.Conception, mise en oeuvre et gestion des technologies liées à Citrix,Fournir une assistance à la production pour nos environnements Microsoft, en garantissant des performances et une fiabilité optimales.Gérer et résoudre les incidents et les problèmes complexes, en minimisant les temps dâarrêt et en atténuant lâimpact sur les activités de lâentreprise.Mettre en oeuvre et maintenir des solutions de surveillance des systèmes afin dâidentifier de manière préventive les problèmes potentiels (SCOM).Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour lâamélioration des systèmes et lâintégration de nouvelles technologies.Assurer le respect des politiques et procédures de sécurité, y compris des audits et des mises à jour régulières des systèmes.Effectuer une analyse des causes profondes des incidents majeurs et diriger les processus de gestion des problèmes.Ãlaborer et tenir à jour une documentation complète sur les configurations des systèmes, les procédures et les dossiers de service.
