La posizione è inserita all’interno della funzione Information Technology dell’Head Quarter della società IBSA Institut Biochimique SA sita in Lugano sud (CH). L’azienda è geograficamente distribuita su diversi stabilimenti produttivi e su diverse country commerciali worldwide.

Come specialista di sistemi, la persona seguirà attività sia di evoluzione che di gestione dell’infrastruttura informatica aziendale. All’interno delle competenze rientrano attività quali

  • l’esecuzione e il coordinamento di attività di evoluzione dell’infrastruttura informatica Corporate e filiali
  • la guida e il coordinamento di personale esterno ed interno durante l’esecuzione di attività
  • il monitoraggio, la manutenzione e la securizzazione dell’infrastruttura informatica aziendale esistente
  • il supporto di secondo livello alle problematiche in ambito IT/OT
  • la manutenzione del framework documentale interno

 

 

Profilo richiesto

Laurea tecnica o discipline informatiche

Esperienza di almeno 6 anni come gestione di sistemi e reti, di cui almeno 3 come consulente in questi ambiti.

Ottime capacità di dialogo, scrittura e lettura in lingua inglese. La posizione prevede contatto costante con personale del Gruppo dislocato in varie nazioni.

 

 

Competenze Tecniche Richieste

Esperienza e conoscenza approfondita su tematiche di

  • Hybrid Identity (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra Id, Certification Authority)
  • Office 365, con un focus in particolare su Exchange Online (hybrid integration, mail and mailflow management, tenant administration)
  • Endpoint management (Intune, tecnologie OS imaging and deployment)
  • Azure Cloud (Azure IaaS/PaaS systems, hybrid connectivity, Private Endpoints)

maturate in realtà ibride complesse.

Conoscenza piattaforma di virtualizzazione VMware vSphere.

Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi operativi Windows Server e Linux.

Competenze infrastrutturali su una o più tecnologie datacenter quali Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix, VMware Horizon.

Conoscenza su tematiche legate al networking, protocollo TCP/IP, DNS, firewalling, network filtering, Wi-Fi security.

Capacità di diagnosticare e risolvere problematiche complesse che coinvolgono diversi aspetti del sistema in esame.

 

Competenze Tecniche Preferenziali

Certificazioni in ambito sistemistico, in particolare Microsoft.

Capacità di progettare e implementare soluzioni software adatte a sistemi informatici articolati o di grandi dimensioni.

Capacità di eseguire troubleshooting di problematiche complesse investigando aspetti di dettaglio quali il traffico di rete tra apparati.
