The Wealth and Asset Management Business is one of the three businesses of the Rothschild & Co group, alongside Global Advisory and Merchant Banking.

The Wealth & Asset Management business of the Rothschild & Co group (“R&Co WAM Business”) manages over €100bn of client AuM from 21 offices in 10 countries, with over 1,200 employees. It is a highly profitable and rapidly growing business with ambitions to develop its activities in Europe further both organically and by acquisition.

In the Wealth Management business (~ €70bn AuM) we provide discretionary and advisory investment services to HNW and UHNW private clients as well as banking services and credit. The Asset Management business (~ €30bn AuM) is a multi-expertise manager delivering bespoke investment management and advisory services to institutional clients, financial intermediaries and third-party distributors in Europe and North America.Divisional Treasury Analyst

Overview of the role

Treasury Control

Preparation of Divisional and some local Treasury Reports: quarterly, monthly and weeklyAnalysis of the Treasury investment across our Division and 3 banksExecute weekly Cash Management reportingNet Interest Income and FX Trading revenue analysisPrepare presentation materials for Senior ManagementControl financial Operations on Treasury investments and follow internal limits and guidelinesDocument and update Divisional and Local Treasury Policies & Procedures

Forecasting & Planning

Participate in the Planning and Budget processHelp coordinate projections on Credit, Deposits and Treasury Investments across our 3 banks and DivisionParticipate in Capital and Liquidity Planning managementProvide Support on Balance Sheet and Off-Balance Sheet KPI monitoring 

Projects

Participate in global and local Treasury & ALM projects. Currently:FTP (Fund Transfer Pricing) harmonize local Treasury reporting across the 3 banks

Education and Qualifications

CAIA, CFA, FRM or equivalent business finance degree3-4 years' experience in Financial Controlling in a financial institution, ideally a Private BankKnowledge of Private Banking and mainly on Revenues and AssetsStrong IT knowledge with sound understanding Phyton, Excel, PowerPoint and AvaloqFluent English and French or German would be beneficial

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

Proficiency with financial analysis softwareAnalytical skillsAttention to detailsAbility to thrive in a collaborative and multinational environment
