Brame, a dynamic B2B MarTech startup headquartered in Switzerland, seeks a passionate and experienced Content Manager and Copywriter to join our team in Hamburg or Zurich. We are dedicated to revolutionizing the world of gamification marketing and helping businesses across industries enhance their customer journey with interactive and cutting-edge experiences.

Brame offers an in-house developed Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for Gamification marketing that allows businesses to create their marketing game in minutes without additional coding. Marketing games help gather zero-party data, increase conversions, and strengthen customer relationships throughout the customer journey. Brame’s concept works similarly to that of common website builders like SquareSpace or Wix. Instead of websites, hundreds of various marketing games such as product matchmakers, advent calendars, scratch cards, and quizzes can be easily created using drag-and-drop and adapted to the desired functionality and corporate identity.

Main responsibilities:
  • Own, refine, and further develop our content strategy
  • Become a subject matter expert in the field of Gamification marketing to create educational, inspirational, and entertaining content
  • Create daily content, ideas, and scripts around the topics of Gamification marketing for several channels, such as our blog, webinars, emails, and social media
  • Write creative copy for our website, landing pages, ads, events, PR and media initiatives, sales enablement assets, and emails
  • Work closely with our design team to produce engaging visuals suited for all platforms and guide creative messaging
  • Continue to evolve a unique Brame brand tone of voice
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Create compelling stories and smart and clever headlines, write video scripts
  • Understand and optimize created assets based on performance data
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Your skills and experience:

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years of professional-level experience in B2B content management and copywriting required
  • Experience in building a high-impact and audience-oriented content strategy
  • Excellent copywriting skills in English and German
  • Experience writing for creative campaigns across all channels
  • Experience in B2B communications and understanding fundamental marketing engagement and customer experience practices
  • Good understanding of major content and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing digital experience and strong conceptual thinking
  • Curiosity to become a subject matter expert in the field of Gamification marketing
  • Creativity and innovative spirit – always thinking one step ahead
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment is preferred
  • Professional-level experience with B2B SaaS or Tech brands is preferred
  • Experience in brand or product marketing is a plus
  • Experience in SEO is a plus
