Junior Copywriter

We're on the hunt for a creative, outgoing wordsmith to join our small but mighty Content & Copy team at EF’s headquarters in. If you’re passionate about writing, detail-oriented and motivated to get things done — we’re looking for you

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, with 1-3 years of professional experience and a desire to grow and develop in an exciting role.

**As a Junior Copywriter, you will**:

- Join a small, experienced Copy and Content Team
- Work closely with a talented, multi-skilled, and international team
- Liaise between different teams and departments
- Support in managing and executing copy tasks to ensure we deliver quality and consistency
- Implement strategic messaging across all marketing materials, with a focus on both print and digital content
- Write, fact-check, proof-read and source content
- Have a significant impact on the further development of EF’s messaging across multiple channels and in over 50 countries

**This is you**:

- Fluent English skills (other languages are a plus)
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Enthusiastic and full of great ideas
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Unflinching attention to detail
- Pragmatic and results-oriented approach to work, including openness to feedback and iteration
- Able to build relationships and connect with colleagues across the whole organization, including senior stakeholders
- Able to work with a high degree of independence as well as in agile teams
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Able to legally work in Switzerland (a European passport holder or Swiss work permit holder)
