Als Recruiting-Partner von Galenica AG suchen wir genau Dich als Key Account Manager (a) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit für das Tochterunternehmen Verfora für die gesamte Schweiz Die organisationsweise ist hybrid: Arbeitsorte für Teamtage sind in Bern & Villars-sur-Glâne und wenn Du nicht vor Ort bei Deinen Kunden bist, arbeitest Du aus dem Homeoffice.📍 In Deiner Position koordinierst Du die Betreuung von wichtigen Kunden, setzt Umsatz- und Ertragsziele um, erstellst Pläne basierend auf Marketingstrategien, übernimmst Kundenmanagement und Projektleitung, arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle im KAM Team. 🚀✨

Was Du tun wirst
  • Betreuung der zugeteilten Key Accounts, verantwortlich für die Umsatz- und Ertragsziele
  • Erstellung der Key Account Pläne (Potenziale, Ziele, Massnahmen) basierend auf den Marketing- und Verkaufsstrategien sowie Umsetzung der geplanten Massnahmen
  • Aktives Kundenmanagement sowie laufende Steuerung der Geschäftsentwicklung in Bezug auf die gesetzten Ziele, falls erforderlich, frühzeitige Einleitung von Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Übernahme von Projektleitungsfunktion und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Aussendienst und weiteren Schnittstellen
  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung und zentrale Anlaufstelle für festgelegte Themen innerhalb des KAM Teams; Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses
Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Key Account Manager oder ähnlich im OTC Markt CH, FMCG oder im Detailhandel in der Schweiz oder im Einzelhandel in Deutschland
  • Fahrzeugausweis der Kategorie B
  • Du bist ein überzeugender Verhandlungsprofi mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, einem ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Denkvermögen
  • Als initiativer, strukturierter und kommunikationsfreudiger Teamplayer mit Beratungsfähigkeiten bringst Du ein offenes Mindset mit
  • Ge: C2 – Beherrschung der Sprache
  • Fr: B1 – Fortgeschrittene Sprachverwendung
Nice to Have
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft (Uni/Fachhochschule) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung z. B. Verkaufsleiter, Marketingleiter, höhere Fachschule etc.
