Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Analyst / Family Officer ITA / ENG / FR en contrat permanent à 100% et basé(e) à Genève. La ou le collaborateur(trice) rejoindra le département Analyse & Family Office de la structure.

Notre client est une belle société financière bien implantée à Genève et en charge d'une clientèle privée UHNWI internationale.

Missions

  • Intégration au sein du département Analyse Financière & Family Office ;
  • Support à la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients privés UHNWI italiens ;
  • Réponse à l'ensemble des requêtes des clients privés UHNWI par téléphone, email et rendez-vous clients par visioconférence ou face à face ;
  • Ouverture et clôture des comptes bancaires clients ;
  • KYC et documentation clients ;
  • Lien avec les banques dépositaires partenaires en Suisse et à l'international ;
  • Gestion des portefeuilles d'investissements clients ;
  • Analyse des opportunités d'investissements sur toutes classes d'actifs liquides et illiquides, aussi bien pour des investissements directs et indirects ;
  • Préparation des propositions d'investissements pour les clients privés UHNWI ;
  • Passation des ordres de bourse pour le compte des clients ;
  • Suivi des portefeuilles clients et des lignes d'investissements ;
  • Gestion et suivi des demandes administratives au niveau du Family Office de type conciergerie / demande spécifique (relocalisation, fiscalité, assurances, personnel, réservations, vacances et évènements) ;
  • Lien avec les autres collaborateurs à l'interne ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation supérieure en Gestion, Économie ou Finance ;
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle similaire au sein d'un family office, d'une société de gestion ou d'un fond d'investissement en Suisse ;
  • Fort intérêt pour les marchés financiers et les instruments financiers ;
  • Bonnes connaissances des différentes classes d'actifs financiers ;
  • Appétence afin de travailler sur un grand nombre de tâches différentes, notamment de type administratives, family office ou conciergerie ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise des langues italienne et anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise de la langue française comme un atout ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office et des programmes bancaires ;
  • Bon niveau de communication et adaptabilité souhaitée ;
  • Ouvert(e), curieux(se), envie d'apprendre et de se former continuellement ;
  • Sens de la confidentialité et de la discrétion ;
  • Résidence suisse obligatoire ;
  • Disponible rapidement.
