Sous la responsabilité du CEO, contribuer à la stratégie de croissance et de développement de la société.
Assurer et optimiser la gestion financière opérationnelle et les reportings. Assurer l'analyse financière et la veille des normes comptables.

Pour notre client, un family office basé ( taille d'une SME) à Lausanne, nous recherchons un CFO
Missions
Vos responsabilités : Supervision de la comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion et Finance
- Assurer la supervision de la gestion financière générale et comptable de l'entreprise .
- Présenter des reportings réguliers aux autorités supérieures et aux investisseurs externes.
- Examiner et améliorer continuellement les processus internes pour accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle et optimiser les coûts.
- Assurer la tenue à niveau des exigences réglementaires financières, fiscales et du patrimoine immobilier.
- Atteindre les objectifs stratégiques et financiers.
- Superviser les systèmes informatiques et proposer les développements nécessaires à l'optimisation et à la sécurité.
- Former, diriger et développer une équipe professionnelle.
- Proposer la planification budgétaire ainsi que l'évaluation des opportunités de croissance, d'investissements et d'acquisitions.
Profil du candidat
Votre profil
- Diplôme en finance et en controlling ou formation jugée équivalente (expertise un sérieux atout)
- Expérience d'au moins 7 ans dans un rôle de responsable financier/ CFO dans un family office est un plus
- Le fonctionnement d'une petite strucuture vous motive et vous savez oeuvrer au sein d'un environnment familial ayant de belles ambitions.
- Vous connaissez /maitrisez les logiciels de comptabilité et de gestion (Power BI idealement).
- Parlant couramment Français et Anglais ( Allemand un plus)
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre organisation, rigueur, sens des responsabilités et vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion d'une petite équipe.
